Since I have no money for anything, naturally I’ve been checking CL for cars that I can never own and bitterly crying myself to sleep. These four cars; the Comache, Volvo 245, Cutlass wagon, and Corolla wagon; all appear to be in good shape. But is the price fair? You be the judge oppo.

I'm surprised at how good it looks, because Michigan.

I think they are all np

Yea really! They’re a rare bird to begin with and normally when I see one, it’s all banged up.

That's what I figured too. Especially that Oldsmobile. That thing looks phenomenal.

Jeep - NP
Volvo - NP
Olds - Can get a newer Roadmaster that’s better in every way for less. Very CP.
Corolla - I hate to do it to a RWD Corolla wagon, but CP.

The funny thing is, for an older car, that cutlass is reasonable for here. Everyone marks it $10k+. Doesn't mean it's s good price, I was just surprised to see it for under $3k.

Definite NP on the Comanche. Don’t see many of those around, and this looks to be pretty rust free, even though the floorboard needs replaced. After all, it is a Jeep. That’s to be expected.
Volvo seems to be an okay price to me. Lots of rust I see for an Arizona car. And it’s pretty dirty inside. I wonder how well it’s really been taken care of.
NP for the Vista Cruiser. I’m a sucker for those A-body wagons, as I grew up in a 77 Malibu wagon. Handling is abysmal in those things, but that’s not what you bought them for. They just eat up the miles.
The Corolla wagon is a tough one. There aren't many around, but it seems pretty expensive for a not running car. I'm sure the value is there with all the parts and everything, but I'm not sure I would pay that.

What I find nice about them is that they all look rust free which is incredibly rare in Michigan and aside from the toyota they are all in running condition so I think rust free and running makes them all worth about 2000.

That Volvo and Comanche are not rust free. The Volvo may not be too bad though. The Comanche says the floor pan and quarter panel need to be replaced.

How about this guy? Anybody done a head gasket on one before?

You’d feel a lot better driving around in this than any of the above!

Pretty close to me too! If only I had the $450, fix it, flip it, then sell!

Ah, I should have read the posts better

Browsing your Lansing CL there are a surprising number of blown head gasket and bad blower motors listings.
That Caddy looks like a screaming good deal. CL deals hinge on the seller. The house looks nicely kept up and I bet that car was garaged. My guess is the guy just wants to get rid of a practically worthless (to him) car that would be more trouble than it’s worth to fix and sell for more.
Scrape together 450 and go check it out!

That Olds is a shut-up-and-take-my-money price.
